- Konjele bòl la: Place the freezer bowl(s) in your freezer for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, to ensure it is completely frozen. The bowl must be thoroughly frozen for the ice cream to churn properly.
- Prepare engredyan: While the bowl is freezing, prepare your desired ice cream, sorbet, or yogurt mixture. Ensure all ingredients are well-mixed and chilled.
- Rasanble Inite a: Once the freezer bowl is frozen, remove it from the freezer. Place the paddle inside the frozen bowl. Secure the motor lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly locked in place.

- Start the Motor: Plug in the ice cream maker and turn on the motor. The paddle should begin to rotate.
- Vide melanj lan: Slowly pour your chilled ice cream, sorbet, or yogurt mixture through the opening in the motor lid into the rotating freezer bowl.
- Debakman: Allow the mixture to churn for approximately 20-25 minutes. The churning time may vary depending on the recipe and desired consistency.
- Ajoute melanj: If adding solid mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit, do so during the last 5 minutes of churning through the lid opening.
- Tcheke konsistans: The ice cream will have a soft, creamy consistency similar to soft-serve when finished. For a firmer consistency, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 2-4 hours.
- Sèvi: Serve immediately for soft-serve, or after additional freezing for a firmer texture.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity of your ice cream maker:
- Demonte: Unplug the unit before disassembling. Remove the motor lid and paddle.
- Cleaning Bowls and Spoons: The freezer bowls and spoons are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Hand wash with warm, soapy water if preferred.
- Cleaning Motor Lid: Wipe the motor lid with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor lid in water or any other liquid.
- Siye ak Depo: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing. Store the freezer bowls in the freezer so they are ready for your next use.
