Follow these steps to dehydrate your food:
- Prepare Manje: Wash, peel, and slice your ingredients evenly. For best results, ensure slices are uniform in thickness.

- Set Temperature and Timer:

- Use the timer control buttons to set the drying duration from 1 to 24 hours.
