Sensors can be mounted on various surfaces such as walls, fences, or trees. Choose a location that provides an unobstructed view nan zòn ou vle kontwole.

  1. Select a mounting location. Ensure the sensor is positioned to detect motion effectively, typically facing the direction of expected movement.
  2. Use the provided mounting hardware to securely attach the sensor to the chosen surface. The sensor's bracket allows for angle adjustment.
  3. Adjust the sensor's angle to cover the desired detection area. Avoid pointing it directly at heat sources or areas with frequent small animal activity if false alarms are a concern.

4.4 Pairing (Pre-paired)

Your eMACROS system components are pre-paired at the factory for convenience. No additional pairing steps are typically required for initial setup. If you need to add new sensors or re-pair existing ones, please refer to the specific instructions provided with your additional components or contact customer support.

5. Operasyon Enstriksyon

5.1 Alimente reseptè a

The receiver is typically powered via a USB plug (adapter not included). Connect the receiver to a power source using a compatible USB adapter. The receiver can also be powered by batteries for backup during power outages or for portable use.

5.2 Adjusting Volume and Chime

The receiver features buttons to adjust the volume and select different chime tones. Refer to the markings on your receiver for specific button functions. There are 4 distinct chime options available.

5.3 Adjusting Sensor Sensitivity

The motion sensors offer adjustable sensitivity settings to help minimize false alarms. The sensitivity switches are located inside the battery compartment of each sensor. You can choose between a high sensitivity setting (up to 30ft detection) and a low sensitivity setting (up to 15ft detection). Adjust this based on your environment and specific monitoring needs.

6. Antretyen

6.1 Ranplasman batri

When the sensor's battery level is low, the receiver may indicate this (e.g., a specific light or chime). Replace all 4 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries in the affected sensor promptly to ensure continuous operation. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 4.1.

6.2 Netwayaj

Wipe the exterior of the sensors and receiver with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the sensor lens is clean and free from obstructions for optimal performance.

6.3 Rezistans move tan

The motion sensors are designed with IP65 weather resistance, making them suitable for outdoor use in various conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures (from -4°F to 140°F / -20°C to 60°C). Ensure the battery compartment is securely closed after battery changes to maintain this rating.
