The CSCPEXCZ Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Inverter is designed to convert single-phase 220V AC input into three-phase 380V AC output, enabling precise control over the speed of AC motors. This model, 1T3-00150G, is rated for 1.5KW applications. It features a humanized keyboard design for convenient operation and a clear display for monitoring.

The VFD incorporates a robust motherboard with three-proof paint treatment for dust-proof and stable performance, along with a double-layer board design for enhanced safety and reduced failure rates. Its industrial flame-retardant ABS plastic shell ensures heat resistance, flame retardancy, and impact resistance. WARNING: Read this manual thoroughly before installation, operation, or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions may result in serious injury or equipment damage.

3.1 Montaj

  1. Input Power (R, S): Connect the single-phase 220V AC input to the R and S terminals. Ensure correct phase connection.
  2. Tè (E): Connect the protective earth ground to the 'E' terminal. This is critical for safety.

4. Operasyon Enstriksyon

The VFD offers various control methods and parameters for motor operation. The primary control methods are V/F control and Open Loop Vector Control (SVC).
