This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your IBO Furiatka V1500 submersible pump. Please read these instructions carefully before using the product to ensure proper function and longevity.
The IBO Furiatka V1500 is a high-quality submersible pump designed for pumping domestic wastewater. It features a robust construction of stainless steel and cast iron, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The integrated shredder effectively handles impurities, making it suitable for demanding applications. This kit includes the V1500 pump, a 30-meter hose, and a 2-inch connector.

2. Enfòmasyon sou Sekirite

- Do not operate the pump with a damaged power cord or plug.
- Never lift or carry the pump by its power cable. Use the handle provided.
- Keep hands and feet clear of the pump's inlet and shredder during operation.
- Disconnect the pump from the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- The pump is designed for domestic wastewater with a maximum temperature of 35°C. Do not use it for flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals, or water exceeding this temperature.

3. Enstalasyon

- Depake konpozan: Carefully remove the pump, 30-meter hose, and 2-inch connector from the packaging. Inspect all components for any signs of damage.

- Pozisyon Ponp: Place the pump on a stable, flat surface in the liquid to be pumped. Ensure the pump is fully submerged and not resting directly on soft sediment, which could block the inlet.
- Ajisteman switch flote: The pump is equipped with a float switch for automatic operation. Adjust the float switch cable length to set the desired ON/OFF levels. A shorter cable results in a smaller operating range, while a longer cable allows for a wider range. Ensure the float switch can move freely without obstruction.
- Koneksyon pouvwa: Connect the pump's power cable to a grounded 230V electrical outlet.

4. Operasyon Enstriksyon
The IBO Furiatka V1500 pump operates automatically via its float switch:
- Once connected to power and submerged, the pump will start automatically when the water level rises and lifts the float switch to its 'ON' position.
- The pump will continue to operate until the water level drops, causing the float switch to fall to its 'OFF' position, at which point the pump will stop.
- The integrated shredder is designed to handle solid impurities in wastewater, preventing blockages and ensuring continuous flow.
- The pump is equipped with overload protection, which will automatically shut down the pump if it experiences excessive load or overheating, protecting the motor from damage.
5. Antretyen
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the pump's lifespan:
- Netwayaj: Periodically remove the pump from the liquid and clean any debris or sediment that may have accumulated around the inlet or the shredder. Ensure the shredder blades are free from obstructions.
- Enspeksyon kab: Regularly inspect the power cable and float switch cable for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Replace immediately if damage is found.
- Depo: If storing the pump for an extended period, clean it thoroughly, drain all water, and store it in a dry, frost-free location.
- Sèvis pwofesyonèl: For any complex repairs or internal inspections, contact a qualified service technician. Do not attempt to open the motor housing yourself.
