The included silicone bumpers are designed to protect your chargers from impacts and provide extra grip. Simply slide the appropriate bumper onto each charger until it fits snugly.

3.2 Connecting the Charger to the Battery

Follow these steps to safely connect your CTEK charger to a 12-volt battery:

1. Ensure the charger is disconnected from the wall socket.

The MXS 5.0 features an 8-step fully automatic charging cycle designed to recondition, restore, and maintain your battery. Once connected and powered, the charger will automatically begin its sequence.

Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through available charging programs, such as 'NORMAL' for standard charging, 'RECOND' for deeply discharged batteries, and 'AGM' for AGM batteries. The indicator lights will show the current charging stage.

The Multi US 7002 is a highly versatile charger with multiple modes for comprehensive battery care:
