Read and understand all instructions before operating this pallet jack. Failure to follow safety guidelines can result in serious injury or property damage.

3. Enstalasyon ak Asanble

The APOLLO Pallet Jack requires partial assembly, primarily the installation of the handle.

3.1. Handle Installation

  2. Align the handle base with the mounting point on the pump assembly.
  3. Insert the provided pin to secure the handle to the pump assembly. Ensure the pin is fully engaged and secured.
  4. Verify that the control lever on the handle operates smoothly and engages the lift/lower/neutral functions.

4. Operasyon Enstriksyon

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your pallet jack.

4.1. Moving the Pallet Jack

To move the pallet jack without a load, ensure the control lever is in the NÈT position. This allows the handle to move freely and prevents accidental lifting or lowering.

4.2. Leve yon chay

  1. Position the pallet jack: Carefully guide the forks completely under the pallet. Ensure the load is centered on the forks.
  2. Set the control lever: Move the control lever on the handle to the LEVE pozisyon.
  3. Pump the handle: Pump the handle up and down repeatedly. The forks will gradually lift the pallet. Continue pumping until the pallet is clear of the ground and ready for transport.

4.3. Transporting a Load

Once the load is lifted, move the control lever to the NÈT position. This disengages the hydraulic pump, allowing you to pull or push the pallet jack and its load to the desired location. Ensure a clear path and maintain control of the handle.

4.4. Desann yon chay

  1. Position the load: Carefully position the pallet over the desired resting spot.
  2. Set the control lever: Move the control lever on the handle to the BASYE position. The forks will slowly descend.
  3. Controlled descent: For a controlled descent, gently move the lever to the lower position. The speed of descent can be regulated by the lever.
  4. Alternatively, use the foot pedal: The pallet jack also features a foot pedal for lowering control. Press the foot pedal to lower the forks.

5. Antretyen

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your APOLLO Pallet Jack.

  • Likid idwolik: Check the hydraulic fluid level periodically. Refer to the pump unit for specific fluid type and refill instructions.
  • Lubrifikasyon: Lubricate all moving parts, including wheel bearings, pivot points, and the handle mechanism, with appropriate grease or oil at regular intervals.
  • Enspeksyon wou: Inspect wheels and rollers for wear, damage, or debris. Replace worn wheels to maintain smooth operation.
  • Netwayaj: Keep the pallet jack clean and free of dirt, dust, and corrosive materials.
  • Depo: Store the pallet jack in a dry, protected area when not in use.
