  • Attach the casters to the designated mounting points on the bottom of the cabinet using the provided hardware.

2.3 Handle and Accessory Installation

Install any side handles or accessory rails as per the assembly instructions. The cabinet includes two DEWALT metal rails and holsters for power tool storage.

3.1 Soft-Close, Ball-Bearing Drawer Slides

The cabinet features soft-close, ball-bearing drawer slides designed to support 100-150 lbs per drawer. This ensures smooth operation and prevents drawers from slamming shut.

3.2 Internal Keyed Locking System

An internal keyed locking system provides security for your tools and equipment. The cabinet is lockable with a key.

3.3 Integrated Tool Rails and Holsters

The cabinet comes with two DEWALT metal rails and holsters on the side, offering convenient external storage for frequently used power tools.

4.1 Opening and Closing Drawers

  • To open a drawer, gently pull the handle. The ball-bearing slides will allow for smooth extension.
  • To close a drawer, push it firmly until the soft-close mechanism engages and pulls the drawer fully shut.

  • Once in position, engage the caster brakes by pressing down on the levers to prevent unintended movement.
