5. Enstalasyon

5.1 Grill Placement

Position the grill on a hard, level, non-combustible surface. Ensure adequate clearance from walls, fences, and other structures. Never place the grill under an overhead combustible surface.

5.2 LP Tank Connection

  1. Ensure the LP cylinder valve is closed.
  2. Insert the regulator nipple into the cylinder valve.
  3. Hand-tighten the coupling nut clockwise until snug. Do not use tools.
  4. Place the LP cylinder securely in the designated holder within the grill cabinet.

5.3 Tès Leak

A leak test must be performed every time the LP cylinder is connected or replaced.

  1. Prepare a soap and water solution (50/50 mix).
  2. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  3. Turn on the LP cylinder valve slowly.
  4. Apply the soap solution to all gas connections (regulator to cylinder, hose to manifold, burner connections).
  5. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Immediately turn off the LP cylinder valve and tighten the connection. Repeat the test. If the leak persists, do not use the grill and contact customer service.

  3. Slowly open the LP cylinder valve fully.
  4. Push in and turn one main burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.

  6. Once lit, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
  7. Repeat for other main burners as needed.

6.2 Lighting the Side Burner

  2. Ensure the side burner control knob is in the "OFF" position.
  3. Push in and turn the side burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
  4. Immediately press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner lights.
  5. Once lit, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
