By holding down the Easy-Shift[+] key (typically Caps Lock by default, but customizable), you can access a second layer of commands, effectively doubling the functionality of your keyboard keys. 3.5 Customization and Onboard Profiles

The keyboard supports customization of lighting and key reassignments. Up to four user profiles can be stored directly on the keyboard's onboard memory, allowing you to switch between different configurations without software. The cross-stem design of the TITAN II switches also allows compatibility with many third-party keycaps for aesthetic customization.
