General Cleaning and Care

• Deyò Inite: Keep the outdoor unit clear of obstructions, dust, and debris to ensure proper heat exchange.
• Inite Andedan kay la: Wipe the surface of the indoor unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Bobin kondansasyon kwiv: The 100% copper condenser coil is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance. However, periodic professional inspection is recommended.

If you encounter any issues with your Hitachi AC, please refer to the following basic troubleshooting steps before contacting customer service.

• AC not turning on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the circuit breaker has tripped. Ensure batteries in the remote control are functional.
