The gesobyte Indoor TV Antenna is designed to provide access to free over-the-air (OTA) digital television broadcasts, including Full HD 1080p and 4K channels. It features an amplified signal booster with a Smart IC Chip for enhanced reception and filtering of cellular and FM signals. The antenna comes with an 18 ft coaxial cable and a USB AC adapter for flexible placement and power options.

Optimal antenna placement is crucial for signal reception. Consider the following:

• Window Placement: Placing the antenna on or near a window often yields the best results as it minimizes obstructions.

• Behind the TV / On the Table: These locations may work but might result in weaker signals depending on your proximity to broadcast towers and surrounding obstacles.

Use online tools or apps to locate broadcast towers in your area to help determine the best direction for your antenna.

5.1 Scanning for Channels

1. After connecting and positioning the antenna, turn on your television.
2. Access your TV's menu and navigate to 'Channel Scan', 'Auto Program', or 'Auto Tune'. The exact name may vary by TV model.
3. Select 'Antenna' or 'Air' as the input source, not 'Cable'.
4. Initiate the channel scan. This process may take several minutes.
5. Once the scan is complete, your TV will display the available channels.

Note: Always rescan for channels if you move the antenna to a new location or if you experience signal loss.
