The Refoss Smart Bulbs require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi rezo for initial setup and operation. Ensure your smartphone is connected to the 2.4GHz band of your Wi-Fi network during the setup process.

1. Ensure your iPhone/iPad is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as the bulb.
