The THRIVE MD-450 is designed for easy setup:

1. Unpack the massager and all its components from the box.

The massager can be used on various parts of the body. Adjust the position and hold the grips as shown:

• Neck/Shoulders: Place the massager around your neck and shoulders, holding the arm straps to adjust pressure and position.
• ren: Position the massager on your lower back or waist area, using the arm straps to secure it.
• Kwis: Place the massager on your thighs. You can hold the main unit or the straps to keep it in place.

The massager will automatically turn off after approximately 10 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overuse.
