Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (bowls, blades, lids, spatula) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The non-electric parts are dishwasher safe.

1. Place the Bowl: Select either the glass or stainless steel bowl and place it securely on a flat, stable surface.
2. Insert Blade Assembly: Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it sits correctly. You can choose to use 2 or 4 blades by adjusting their height.
