The SFA Sanicondens Pro V02 is designed to automatically collect and discharge acidic condensates from condensing boilers (gas or oil, with appropriate neutralization) and air conditioning units. Its compact design and quiet operation make it suitable for domestic and light commercial applications.
2. Enstriksyon Sekirite
- Sekirite elektrik: Ensure the power supply matches the unit's specifications (230V, 50-60Hz). Always disconnect power before any installation, maintenance, or repair work. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.
- Kote Enstalasyon: Install the pump in a location protected from freezing temperatures and direct water spray. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Condensate Type: This pump is designed for acidic condensates from boilers and air conditioners. For oil-fired boilers, a neutralization kit (e.g., Sanineutral or Sanineutral Mini) is required upstream of the pump to prevent damage and ensure proper operation.

6. Enstalasyon ak Enstalasyon

Select a flat, stable surface near the condensate source (boiler or air conditioner) and a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the location allows for easy access for maintenance and is protected from extreme temperatures.
6.2. Connecting the Inlet
Connect the condensate drain line from your appliance to one of the inlet ports on the Sanicondens Pro V02 using the provided adapters. Ensure a secure, leak-free connection. If connecting to an oil-fired boiler, install a Sanineutral or Sanineutral Mini neutralization kit upstream of the pump.

6.3. Connecting the Discharge Line
Attach the supplied 5-meter discharge hose to the pump's outlet. Route the hose to a suitable drain point, ensuring it has a continuous downward slope after reaching its maximum vertical lift. Avoid sharp bends or kinks that could impede flow. The integrated check valve prevents backflow.
6.4. Koneksyon elektrik
Connect the 1.5-meter power cable to the pump and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet. For safety, ensure the circuit is protected by a residual current device (RCD). The pump is designed for continuous operation as needed.
6.5. Alarm Connection (Optional)
The unit includes a pre-wiring cable for an alarm connection. This can be connected to an external alarm system to signal high water levels, preventing potential overflows. Consult a qualified technician for proper integration with your alarm system.
7. Operasyon Enstriksyon
The SFA Sanicondens Pro V02 operates automatically. When condensate fills the internal tank to a predetermined level, a float switch activates the pump. The pump then discharges the condensate through the outlet pipe until the water level drops, at which point the pump deactivates. This cycle repeats as needed.
- Premye kòmansman: After installation, ensure all connections are secure and power is supplied. The pump will activate once condensate begins to flow into the tank.
- Operasyon nòmal: The pump will operate quietly and intermittently as condensate is produced. A sound level of less than 45 dB ensures minimal disturbance.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Sanicondens Pro V02. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance.
8.1. Monthly Check
- Visually inspect the unit for any signs of leaks or damage.
- Check the inlet and outlet connections for tightness.
- Ensure the discharge hose is clear and free from obstructions.
