Your MOSAIC Hand Mixer offers 3 speeds and a Turbo function for versatile mixing tasks.

1. Selecting Attachments:
   • Use the stainless steel beaters for whipping cream, beating eggs, mixing cake batter, and general mixing.
   • Use the stainless steel dough hooks for kneading bread dough, pizza dough, and other heavy mixtures.

   • Once mixing is complete, slide the speed control switch back to "0" (off).
   • Lift the mixer slightly from the bowl.
   • Peze a EJECT button firmly to release the beaters or dough hooks.

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your hand mixer.

1. Netwayaj Atachman: The stainless steel beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and dried thoroughly.
2. Netwayaj Inite Motè a: Unplug the mixer. Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp twal. Pa plonje inite motè a nan dlo oswa nenpòt lòt likid.
3. Depo:
   • Ensure the mixer and all attachments are clean and dry before storing.
