Follow these steps to brew a perfect cup of Moka coffee:
- Fill the Bottom Chamber: Unscrew the top chamber from the bottom chamber. Fill the bottom chamber with cold water up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed the valve.
- Ajoute Kafe: Insert the filter funnel into the bottom chamber. Fill the funnel with medium-fine ground coffee. Do not tamp the coffee. Level the grounds gently.
- Rasanble po a: Screw the top chamber firmly onto the bottom chamber. Ensure a tight seal to prevent steam from escaping.
- Heat on Stovetop: Place the Moka pot on a stovetop burner over medium heat. Keep the lid open initially to observe the brewing process.
- Pwosesis Brewing: As the water heats, steam pressure will force hot water up through the coffee grounds and into the top chamber. You will hear a gurgling sound and see coffee flowing into the top chamber.
