Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock. Insert the two AA Mignon batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

The hands will move to the 12 o'clock position and then adjust to the correct time once the signal is received. This process may take several minutes.
