Follow these steps to connect your EKSA E900 Pro headset to your device:

Connecting to PC (USB for 7.1 Surround Sound)

1. Insert the detachable microphone into the microphone port on the left earcup.
2. Connect the USB cable to the headset's USB-C port and the other end to an available USB port on your PC.
3. Your PC should automatically detect the headset. For 7.1 surround sound functionality, you may need to download and install the specific driver from the official EKSA websit.
4. Adjust audio settings in your operating system to select the EKSA E900 Pro as the default playback and recording device.

Connecting to Consoles (PS4/PS5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch) and Mobile Devices (3.5mm Jack)

1. Insert the detachable microphone into the microphone port on the left earcup.
2. Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm port.
3. Plug the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable directly into the controller (PS4/PS5, Xbox One with 3.5mm jack) or mobile device. For older Xbox One controllers without a 3.5mm jack, a separate adapter (not included) is required.
4. If your PC or laptop has separate audio and microphone jacks, use the included 3.5mm cable splitter to connect both.
5. Adjust audio settings on your console or device to ensure the headset is selected for audio output and microphone input.
