- Plasman: Place the massager on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper ventilation.

- Activate/Adjust Heat: Peze a Bouton Chalè (⑤) to turn on the heating function. Press again to cycle between Low heat, High heat, and OFF.
- Deflasyon rapid: If the air compression feels too strong, press and hold the DEFLATE Button for 3 seconds to quickly reduce the intensity.
