Debake

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the fridge for any damage incurred during transit. Keep packaging for future transport if needed. Allow the fridge to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle.

Place the fridge on a firm, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources (e.g., ovens, radiators), and moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm (4 inches) from walls and other objects to allow for proper air circulation and heat dissipation. This appliance is designed for freestanding installation.

The Subcold Super85 features an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 3°C to 18°C. The temperature control dial is located inside the fridge, typically at the bottom. Rotate the dial to select your desired cooling level. A lower number indicates a colder temperature. It is recommended to start with a medium setting and adjust as needed.

Your fridge comes with 4 strong, removable, and adjustable chrome wire shelves. To adjust or remove a shelf, lift it slightly and pull it out. Reinsert by sliding it onto the desired support rails. This allows for flexible storage configurations to accommodate various bottle and can sizes.

The door of your Subcold Super85 fridge is reversible, allowing it to open from either the left or right side. Refer to the detailed instructions in the full product manual (not included here) for the procedure to reverse the door swing. This typically involves relocating hinges and the door handle.

This appliance features a manual defrost system. Frost buildup on the interior cooling surfaces can reduce efficiency. When the frost layer becomes approximately 5mm thick, unplug the unit and allow the frost to melt naturally. Place towels at the bottom to absorb water. Do not use sharp objects to remove ice.

If the fridge will not be used for an extended period, unplug it, empty all contents, defrost and clean the interior thoroughly. Leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth. Store the unit in a dry, well-ventilated area.
