The Physio Logic Accuflex 5VU Digital Thermometer is designed to provide accurate and rapid temperature readings. This device features a flexible tip for comfort, a large backlit display for easy reading, and a Color Feverline alert system to indicate temperature status. Enstalasyon batri

The thermometer comes with a CR2032 battery pre-installed. If the battery needs replacement, follow these steps:

• With the thermometer turned off, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.
• The display will show the current unit (°F or °C) and then switch to the other unit.
• Release the button to confirm your selection. The thermometer is now ready for use in the selected unit.

Ensure the thermometer is clean before use. Press the power button to turn on the device. The display will briefly show the last reading, then 'L' with a flashing '°F' or '°C', indicating it is ready for measurement.

• Itilizasyon oral: Place the flexible tip under the tongue, as far back as comfortable. Close lips to hold the thermometer in place.
• Axillary (Underarm) Use: Place the tip in the armpit, ensuring good skin contact. Hold the arm firmly against the body.
• Sèvi ak rektal: Apply a water-soluble lubricant to the tip. Gently insert the tip into the rectum (approximately 1/2 inch for infants/children, 1 inch for adults).

Hold the thermometer in position until a series of beeps indicates that the peak temperature has been reached (typically within 5 seconds for oral/rectal, longer for axillary).
