Enstriksyon Operasyon
1. Preparing a Specimen Slide
- Pou Prepare Slides: Simply place a prepared slide onto the stage.
- Pou Glisad vid: Use the provided tools (pipette, tweezers, scalpel) to place a small, thin specimen onto a blank slide. Add a drop of water if necessary, and cover with a coverslip.
2. Placing the Slide
Place the prepared slide onto the microscope stage. Sèvi ak s latage clips to secure the slide in place.

Imaj: Yon plis paseview of the microscope, with a callout pointing to the specimen stage and clips, illustrating how slides are secured for viewing.
3. Adjusting Illumination
Ensure adequate lighting for your specimen. Use the built-in LED light for direct illumination or adjust the reflecting mirror to capture ambient light.

Imaj: Yon gwo plan view of the microscope's base, showing both the built-in LED light and the adjustable reflecting mirror for illumination.
4. Selecting Magnification
Rotate the revolving nosepiece to select an objective lens. Start with the lowest magnification (e.g., 120X) to locate your specimen, then switch to higher magnifications as needed. The total magnification is the eyepiece magnification multiplied by the objective lens magnification.
- Available Magnifications: 120X, 240X, 300X, 480X, 600X, 1200X.
5. Konsantre
- Gade nan oculaire a.
- Slowly turn the coarse focus knob to bring the specimen into approximate focus.
- Use the fine focus knob for precise focusing and to achieve a clear image.

Imaj: Egzamples of various magnified cells (onion, honey bee leg, leaf, intestinal) as seen through a microscope, demonstrating the detail achievable.
Antretyen
- Netwayaj Lantiy: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to clean the eyepieces and objective lenses. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Netwayaj kò a: Siye kò mikwoskòp la ak yon twal mou.amp cloth. Avoid getting moisture into electrical components.
- Depo: When not in use, store the microscope in its carrying case in a dry, dust-free environment. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Manyen: Always carry the microscope by its metal arm and base. Avoid sudden impacts or dropping the instrument.
