5. Set Controls: Close the door. Set the Tanperati Dial to the desired roasting temperature. Set the Rele mòd to "Rotisserie". Set the Li tap konometre for the required cooking duration.
6. Retire: Once cooking is complete, turn the timer to "OFF". Using the rotisserie handle, carefully remove the hot spit and meat from the oven. Place on a carving board and allow to rest before carving.
