Model: SCOL-06II
1. Entwodiksyon
Thank you for choosing the Vector Optics GEN II Everest 3-18x50 Tactical Riflescope. This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your new riflescope. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.
The Everest 3-18x50 riflescope is designed for precision and durability, featuring a 30mm monotube, side focus with a minimum of 10 yards, and fully multi-coated optics for clear vision. It is shock-tested and nitrogen-purged for reliable performance in various conditions.
2. Enfòmasyon sou Sekirite
- Never look directly at the sun or any intense light source through the riflescope, as this can cause permanent eye damage.
- Always ensure the firearm is unloaded and safe before mounting or adjusting the riflescope.
- Handle the riflescope with care to prevent drops or impacts that could damage the optical system or internal components.
- Keep the riflescope away from extreme temperatures and corrosive substances.

4. Enstalasyon
4.1 Monte Teleskòp Rifle a
Use the provided scope weaver rings to securely mount the riflescope onto your firearm's rail. Ensure the rings are properly aligned and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications for your specific firearm and mounting system. Apply thread locker (e.g., Loctite) where appropriate to prevent loosening from recoil.

4.2 Ajisteman Inisyal yo
- Ajisteman dioptri: Look through the riflescope at a plain, bright background (like a wall or the sky). Rotate the diopter compensation ring (+2 to -2) on the ocular lens until the reticle appears sharp and clear. This adjustment is crucial for individual eye focus.
- Ajisteman paralaks: The side focus knob adjusts for parallax. Rotate this knob until the target and the reticle appear to be in the same focal plane, eliminating any apparent movement of the reticle relative to the target when you move your head slightly. The side focus ranges from 10 yards to infinity.
5. Opere
5.1 Ajisteman Agrandisman
The magnification ring is located near the ocular lens. Rotate this ring to adjust the magnification from 3x to 18x, allowing you to zoom in or out on your target.
5.2 Ajisteman van ak elevasyon
The riflescope features exposed tactical turrets for windage and elevation adjustments. To make adjustments, pull the respective knob outwards. This unlocks the turret, allowing it to be rotated. Each click represents 1/4 MOA (Minute of Angle). Rotate the elevation turret (top) to adjust for vertical bullet drop and the windage turret (right side) to compensate for horizontal wind drift.
After making adjustments, push the knob back in to lock the turret and prevent accidental changes. The turrets can be reset to zero after initial sighting in by loosening the small screws on top of the knobs, rotating the dial to '0', and then re-tightening the screws.

5.3 Reticle: MPTR-2
The riflescope utilizes the MPTR-2 reticle. This reticle is designed for precise aiming and range estimation. Familiarize yourself with the reticle's markings and their corresponding values for accurate shot placement.

6. Antretyen
6.1 Netwayaj Lantiy yo
Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses. Gently wipe the lens surfaces to remove dust and smudges. For stubborn marks, a small amount of lens cleaning fluid can be applied to the cloth, not directly to the lens.
Avoid using abrasive materials or excessive force, which can scratch the lens coatings.
6.2 Swen Jeneral ak Depo
- Keep the riflescope dry. If it gets wet, wipe it down immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store the riflescope in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging or a protective case, to prevent dust accumulation and accidental damage.
- Ensure the flip-up caps are in place when not in use to protect the lenses.
NAN. Depanaj
| Pwoblèm | Kòz posib | Solisyon |
|---|---|---|
| Blurred Reticle | Ajisteman dioptri move. | Adjust the diopter ring on the ocular lens until the reticle is sharp. |
| Blurred Target Image | Incorrect parallax setting. | Adjust the side focus knob until the target is clear and parallax is eliminated. |
| Adjustments not holding zero | Turrets not locked; loose mounting rings. | Ensure turrets are pushed in to lock. Check and tighten mounting rings. |
| Difficulty seeing reticle in bright light | Reticle design may appear fine in certain conditions. | This model does not have illumination. Ensure proper diopter adjustment for maximum clarity. |
