- Mete pil espesifye yo, asire polarite ki kòrèk la (+/-).
- Fèmen kouvèti lòj batri a byen.
4.2. Koneksyon Sond
- Connect the pH electrode to the designated BNC connector on the device. Ensure a firm connection.
- Connect the temperature probe to its dedicated input jack.
- Ensure all connections are clean and dry before use.
5. Operasyon Enstriksyon
5.1. Powering On / Off
Peze a ON/OFF button to power on the device. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds to power off.
5.2. Kalibrasyon
Regular calibration is crucial for accurate measurements. Refer to the specific calibration procedure for pH and Redox measurements outlined below.
5.2.1. Kalibrasyon pH
- Prepare solisyon tampon pH fre (pa egzanp, pH 4.00, 7.00, 10.00).
- Rinse the pH electrode thoroughly with distilled water and blot dry.
- Immerse the electrode in the first buffer solution (e.g., pH 7.00).
- Enter calibration mode as per the device's menu.
- Follow on-screen prompts to confirm the buffer value.
- Repeat for subsequent buffer solutions.
5.2.2. Redox Calibration
Redox electrodes typically do not require calibration in the same way as pH electrodes. However, their functionality can be checked using a known Redox test solution.
5.3. Pran mezi
- Ensure the device is calibrated.
- Rinse the probe(s) with distilled water and blot dry.
- Immerse the probe(s) into the sample solution. Ensure the sensing part of the probe is fully submerged.
- Allow the reading to stabilize on the display.
- Record the measurement.
- After measurement, rinse the probe(s) thoroughly and store according to maintenance guidelines.
6. Antretyen
6.1. Netwaye Aparèy la
Wipe the device housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no liquid enters the device openings.
6.2. Probe Care and Storage
- Elektwòd pH: Always keep the pH electrode wet. Store it in a suitable storage solution (e.g., 3M KCl solution or pH 4 buffer). Never store in distilled water.
- Elektwòd Redoks: Store in a suitable storage solution or distilled water if not used for extended periods.
- Tanperati sonde: Clean with distilled water after each use.
- Regularly inspect probes for damage or contamination.
6.3. Ranplasman batri
Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Refer to section 4.1 for battery installation instructions.
NAN. Depanaj
| Pwoblèm | Kòz posib | Solisyon |
|---|---|---|
| Pa gen ekran/Aparèy la pa vle limen | Batri ki mouri oswa mal enstale | Tcheke polarite pil yo; ranplase pil yo. |
| Lekti enstab | Dirty or damaged probe; insufficient immersion; air bubbles; incorrect calibration | Clean probe; ensure proper immersion; remove air bubbles; recalibrate. |
| Incorrect pH readings | Expired buffer solutions; dirty/damaged pH electrode; incorrect calibration | Use fresh buffer solutions; clean/replace electrode; recalibrate. |
| Mesaj "Erè" sou ekran an | Probe fault; internal device error | Check probe connection and condition. If error persists, contact support. |
