The StarTech.com SDOCK2U33EB is a dual-bay hard drive docking station designed to provide simultaneous access to two 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA I/II/III hard drives (HDDs) or solid-state drives (SSDs). It connects to a host computer via either a USB 3.0 or an eSATA port, facilitating data backup, disk imaging, or data transfer. This docking station supports hot-swapping of drives and is compatible with various operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX, Linux, and Google Chrome OS.

Enstriksyon Enstalasyon
- Konekte adaptè pouvwa a: Connect the included universal power adapter to the DC-IN port on the rear of the docking station (refer to Figure 3). Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Connect to Host Computer: Choose your preferred connection method:
- USB 3.0: Connect one end of the supplied USB 3.0 cable to the USB 3.0 port on the rear of the docking station (refer to Figure 3) and the other end to an available USB 3.0 port on your computer.
- eSATA: Connect one end of the supplied eSATA cable to the eSATA port on the rear of the docking station (refer to Figure 3) and the other end to an available eSATA port on your computer.
- Mete Disk Di: Gently slide your 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA HDDs or SSDs into the top-loading drive bays (refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4). Ensure the drives are fully seated in the SATA connectors.
- Pouvwa sou: Press the power button located on the front of the docking station (refer to Figure 1). The power LED will illuminate, and the HDD activity LEDs will flash as the drives initialize.
- Rekonesans sistèm operasyon: Your operating system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers for the docking station and the inserted drives. The drives will appear as removable storage devices.

- Hot-Swapping Drives: The docking station supports hot-swapping. To remove a drive, ensure no data transfer is active to or from that specific drive. Safely eject the drive through your operating system's hardware removal function, then press the corresponding eject button on the left side of the docking station to release the drive. You can then insert another drive.
