Follow these steps to properly install your QualGear QG-TM-001 TV wall mount:

For most installations, locate the wall studs and mark the pilot holes centered on the stud. If not installing on a wood panel, ensure proper stud location. Drill the pilot holes and then screw the wall mount plates onto the wall securely. - Step 2: Install Adapter Brackets on TV
Attach the adapter brackets to the back of your TV. This mount supports a wide range of VESA mounting hole patterns. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the provided hardware kit that match your TV's specifications. Securely fasten the brackets. - Step 3: Hang the TV on the Wall Plate(s)
Carefully lift the TV and hook the wire rope from the TV-mounted brackets over the wall plate rail. Ensure the TV is securely seated and correctly attached to the wall mount. This step may require assistance. - Step 4: Manage Cables
To manage cables, gently fold out the tilt support mechanism on the mount. Connect all necessary cables to your TV. Once cables are connected and organized, fold the tilt support back into its original position.

The QualGear QG-TM-001 is a fixed wall mount, meaning it does not offer tilt, swivel, or rotation adjustments once installed. Its primary function is to hold the TV securely and flush against the wall. The tilt support feature can be temporarily engaged to provide space for cable access and management behind the TV.
