  1. Pre-melt Chocolate: It is essential to melt the chocolate completely before pouring it into the fountain. Use high-quality chocolate specifically designed for fountains, or add a small amount of vegetable oil (approximately 1-2 tablespoons per 450g of chocolate) to regular chocolate to achieve the correct consistency. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth and fluid.
