Enstalasyon ak Premye Itilizasyon

  1. Debake: Retire tout materyèl anbalaj yo avèk prekosyon epi enspekte chodyè presyon an pou wè si li pa domaje.
  2. Netwayaj inisyal: Before first use, wash the pot, lid, and all removable parts (like the gasket and steamer basket) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Enstalasyon Joint: Ensure the sealing gasket is properly seated in the lid's groove.
  4. Tès Egzekisyon (Si ou vle men ou rekòmande): Fill the cooker with 2-3 cups of water. Close the lid securely. Place on a stovetop over medium-high heat. Allow pressure to build and steam to release from the main valve for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow pressure to release naturally, then open. This helps to clean the internal components and verify proper operation.

Enstriksyon Operasyon

1. Ranpli chodyè presyon an

  • Add your ingredients and the required amount of liquid to the pot.
  • Do not fill the cooker more than 2/3 full. For foods that expand (e.g., rice, beans), do not fill more than 1/2 full.

3. Heating and Pressure Building

  • Mete chodyè presyon an sou yon sous chalè ki apwopriye (gaz, elektrik, endiksyon).
  • Set the heat to high. Steam will begin to escape from the main valve as pressure builds.
  • Once the desired pressure level is reached (indicated by the main valve rising or a visual indicator), reduce the heat to maintain a steady, gentle steam release.
  • Begin timing your cooking from this point.

4. ReleasinPresyon g

There are typically three methods for releasinpresyon g:

  1. Liberasyon natirèl: Remove the cooker from heat and allow it to cool down naturally. Pressure will gradually decrease. This method is ideal for foods that benefit from continued cooking, such as stews and roasts.
  2. Quick Release (Cold Water Method): For faster pressure release, place the cooker under a cold water tap, allowing water to run over the lid (avoiding the valve). This rapidly cools the cooker and releases pressure. Use caution to avoid scalding steam.
  3. Divilgasyon manyèl: Carefully lift or turn the pressure regulator valve to release steam. Keep hands and face away from the escaping steam. This method is suitable for delicate foods that can overcook quickly.

5. Ouvri kouvèti a

  • Ensure all pressure has been released before attempting to open the lid. The safety valve indicator should be down.
  • Rotate the lid counter-clockwise until it unlocks, then lift it away from you to avoid residual steam.

Antretyen ak netwayaj

  • Apre chak itilizasyon: Wash the pot and lid with warm soapy water. For stubborn food residue, soak the pot.
  • Joint: Remove the sealing gasket from the lid and wash it separately. Ensure it is clean and flexible. Replace if it becomes brittle, cracked, or loses its elasticity.
  • Tiyo: Regularly check the main valve and safety valve for any food particles or blockages. Clean them carefully according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Sekirite pou machin alave: The pot is dishwasher safe. The lid, especially the valve mechanisms, should ideally be hand-washed to ensure thorough cleaning and longevity of components.
  • Depo: Sere oto presyon an ak kouvèti a tèt anba oswa yon ti kras louvri pou pèmèt lè sikile epi anpeche odè.
