Choose a well-lit, clean, and ventilated workspace. Protect your work surface with a cutting mat or newspaper. Ensure adequate space for all parts and tools.

- Hull Assembly: Begin with the main hull sections. Ensure they align correctly before gluing. If building a full-hull model, attach the lower hull section. If building a waterline model, ensure the waterline plate is securely attached.
- Deck and Superstructure: Assemble the flight deck and main superstructure components. Pay close attention to the alignment of these large sections.
- Detail Components: Attach smaller details such as guns, masts, lifeboats, and aircraft. These often require tweezers and careful handling.
- Penti: Paint components as indicated in the instruction booklet. It is often easier to paint certain sub-assemblies before attaching them to the main model. Allow paint to dry completely between coats and before handling.

5. Displaying Your Model
