This image displays the Samson Airline Wireless Guitar System, featuring the compact AF1 guitar transmitter (bottom left) and the AP1 pedal receiver (top right) with its dual antennas. The transmitter is designed to plug directly into a guitar's input, while the receiver is built to integrate into a pedalboard setup.

The Samson Airline Wireless Guitar System consists of two primary components: the AF1 Guitar Transmitter and the AP1 Pedal Receiver. The AF1 transmitter is a compact unit that plugs directly into your guitar's 1/4-inch output jack, eliminating the need for a bodypack. The AP1 receiver is designed in a pedal format, allowing it to be easily incorporated into your existing guitar effects pedalboard. This system operates on Channel N1 (642.375 MHz).

Enstriksyon Enstalasyon

  1. Install Battery in AF1 Transmitter:

Locate the battery compartment on the AF1 transmitter. Insert one fresh AAA battery, ensuring correct polarity. The transmitter is designed for long battery life.

  2. Connect AF1 Transmitter to Guitar:

Plug the 1/4-inch jack of the AF1 transmitter directly into your guitar's input jack. Ensure it is securely seated.

  3. Position AP1 Pedal Receiver:

Place the AP1 pedal receiver on your pedalboard or near your amplifier. The pedal-style design allows for easy integration with other effects pedals.

  4. Connect AP1 Receiver to Audio System:

Connect the output of the AP1 receiver to the input of your amplifier, effects chain, or mixer using a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable.

  5. Power On and Sync:

Power on the AP1 receiver. Power on the AF1 transmitter. The system should automatically sync to Channel N1 (642.375 MHz). Verify the connection by checking the signal indicator on the receiver.

Enstriksyon Operasyon

  • Limen/Etenyen:

To power on the AF1 transmitter, slide the power switch to the 'ON' position. To power off, slide it to 'OFF'. The AP1 receiver typically powers on when connected to a power supply (not included, usually a standard 9V pedal power supply) and its power switch is engaged.

  • Siveyans siyal:

Observe the signal indicators on the AP1 receiver to ensure a strong and stable wireless connection. If the signal is weak or intermittent, check the transmitter's battery and ensure no obstructions are between the transmitter and receiver.

  • Kontwòl Volim:

Adjust the output volume from the AP1 receiver as needed to match the input level of your amplifier or effects chain. This is typically done via a gain or volume knob on the receiver.

  • Plasman Optimal:

For best performance, ensure the AP1 receiver's antennas are fully extended and positioned vertically. Avoid placing the receiver near large metal objects or other wireless devices that may cause interference.

Antretyen

  • Ranplasman batri:

Replace the AAA battery in the AF1 transmitter when the low battery indicator illuminates or when performance degrades. Always use fresh, high-quality batteries.

  • Netwayaj:

Clean the exterior of the transmitter and receiver with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the components.

  • Depo:

When not in use for extended periods, remove the battery from the AF1 transmitter to prevent leakage. Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
