The Brabantia Lift-o-Matic Rotary Airer is designed for outdoor use and comes with a metal ground spike for secure installation. Ensure the chosen location is clear of obstructions and allows for full rotation of the airer.
Installing the Ground Spike
- Select a suitable location in your garden.
- Dig a hole to accommodate the metal ground spike. The spike should be installed vertically and securely into the ground.
- Ensure the top of the ground spike is flush with the ground level to prevent it from being an obstacle, especially when mowing.
- Insert the rotary airer pole into the installed ground spike.

The Lift-o-Matic system allows for seamless height adjustment from 129 cm to 187 cm. This feature enables you to set the airer to your most comfortable working height for loading and unloading laundry.
- To adjust the height, grasp the central mechanism on the pole.
- Press the lever or button to release the locking mechanism.
- Slide the airer arms up or down to your desired height.
- Release the lever or button to lock the airer in position.

Using Clothes Hanger Holes
All arms are fitted with special holes designed for clothes hangers, making it ideal for drying delicate laundry or items that benefit from hanging.
- Hang items on clothes hangers.
- Insert the hanger hook into the designated holes on the airer arms.
