  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the unit.
  2. Insert one AA alkaline battery or the supplied NiMH rechargeable battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

5.3 Connecting to External Audio Sources

6.4 Using the Inline Remote Control

Connect the inline remote control to the headphone jack, and then plug your headphones into the remote. The remote allows for basic playback controls (Play, Stop, Skip, Volume) without needing to access the main unit directly.

7.1 Digital Synchro Recording

  1. Connect your digital audio source to the unit's Optical Digital In port using the optical cable.
  2. Select the digital input source on the MD-SR60S (refer to display).
  3. Peze a DOSYE button. The unit will enter standby mode.
  4. Start playback on your digital audio source. The MD-SR60S will automatically begin recording when it detects an incoming digital audio signal.
  5. Peze SISPANN on the MD-SR60S to end recording.

  1. Connect your analog audio source to the unit's Line In port using the RCA analog audio cable.
  2. Select the analog input source on the MD-SR60S.

7.3 Microphone Recording

  1. Connect an external microphone to the Microphone Input jack.

  3. Begin speaking or playing audio into the microphone.
  4. Adjust the recording level if necessary.
  5. Peze SISPANN on the MD-SR60S to end recording.

8. Editing Functions

The MD-SR60S allows for basic editing of recorded tracks directly on the unit. This includes functions such as dividing tracks, combining tracks, and erasing tracks. Refer to the on-screen menu and navigation buttons for specific editing procedures. The unit's design facilitates straightforward editing operations.
